  The concept that tablets and capsules are not absorbable is not totally correct.

  
  It depends entirely upon what the tablets and capsules are combined with. There are certain binders which are much more difficult to absorb. It you are having problems with tablets and most especially capsules, your digestive system is in serious need of support. If you cannot break down that which is designed to be broken down effectively imagine what you are not getting from the food you eat. Further tablets and capsules, when taken with liquid plant-derived trace minerals are much more readily absorbed than when taken alone.
