Why do you say that ratio is more important than potency?

Potency is of relative importance. Obviously if you had such little potency in a product it might not meet dietary and biochemical needs. But the concept of more is better is not necessarily so - especially in the case of the delicate internal chemistry of the body. What actually helps the body to function at optimal levels internally is the ratio of one chemical or nutrient to the others. When these ratios are drastically off , the body must go through sometimes extreme means to re-balance the system. Ratio can make the difference in absorption, utilization, function and results - more so than mere potency alone. Nothing known to science can cure you of anything, including drugs, therapies, or nutrients. Only the Body Can Heal!!! But it can only heal if we give it the right nutrients in the right ratios everyday.
